Fletcher Drive is Atwater Village’s most southern business corridor. Atwater’s section of Fletcher Drive spans from Riverside Drive passes over the Los Angeles River by way of the Fletcher Drive Bridge and under the railroad overpass at Casitas Avenue just before ending at San Fernando Road.

Fletcher Drive is home to some residential housing (apartments and small duplexes), about 35 family owned small businesses, the historic Fletcher Drive Bridge and the future site of the LACC Van de Kamp’s Satellite campus.
